The small square is accessed by entering through an old doorway at the side of the structure. In the living area, with kitchen, there is a double sofa bed and bathroom. On the open loft, overlooking the living area, there are two single beds (one of which is pull-out) and the separate double bedroom. Two tables are available in the small square for shared use with four other apartments. Two numbered and therefore private lounge chairs positioned poolside are available for the summer.
